Shipping Damage:

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.

General Refunds: offers a 30 day 100% satisfaction guaranty for the majority of products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the unused portion for a full refund less any shipping and handling. To request a refund or for more information, please contact our customer care at 855-422-3645, by email at or via our Contact Form. Due to the sensitive nature of the high CBD Hemp Oil products, all sales of those products are final past 30 days after the request was made. NO REFUNDS shall be given for these products if received past 30 days after the request, and will be promptly returned to the sender.
